  5. Déposer les boules dans les moules et laisser pousser 2 heures à température ambiante à l'abri des courants d'air.
  6. A la fin du temps de pousse, préchauffez le four à 180 degrés.
  7. Battre le jaune d'œuf avec un peu de lait et badigeonnez les brioches avec l'aide d'un pinceau.
  8. Enfournez et cuire 20 minutes à 180 degrés puis baisser la température du four à 160 degrés et prolongez la cuisson 25 minutes.
  9. Laisser refroidir avant de déguster.
