  2. Préparation des Ingrédients : Couper 200g de POITRINE FUMÉE en LARDONS - Épelucher 2 OIGNONS JAUNES et les couper en gros dés - Épelucher les POMMES DE TERRE MI-CUITES et les couper en tranches
  3. Cuisson des Lardons: Dans une Poêle mettre les LARDONS - Faire cuire 10 minutes sur feu doux en les retournant régulièrement feu doux 10 minutes jusqu'à ce que le gras ait bien dégorgé
  4. Cuisson des Oignons : Ajouter les OIGNONS dans la Poêle avce les LARDONS - Les faire cuire sur feu doux à moyen 15 minutes en les retournant régulièrement jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés
  5. Fin de cuisson des pommes de terre : Ajouter 400ml VIN BLANC dans la Poêle sur feu moyen - A ébullition ajouter les tranches de POMMES DE TERRE - Faire cuire les POMMES DE TERRE 15 minutes sur feu moyen
  6. Finissage du Mélange : Dans la Poêle ajouter 100ml de CRÈME LIQUIDE et POIVRER - Homogénéiser puis couper le feu
  7. Remplissage du plat : Préchauffer le Four à 180°C - Decouper un ROBLOCHON de 200g en 4 parts (coupé en 2 sur la tranche puis au centre) - Verser le MÉLANGE POUR TARTIFLETTE dans kun Plat puis disposer 3 parts de ROBLOCHON par dessus - Placer le Plat dans le Four à 180°C pendant 20 minutes
  8. Dressage : Découper à la Spatule 3 parts dans le Plat en décollant les bords - Utiliser une Spatule Coudée pour extraire une part de TARTIFLETTE du plat et la dresser dans l'Assiette.
  9. Conservation : La TARTIFLETTE peut etre conservée dans une Boite Hermétique
